Neeracha Taychakhoonavudh has served as Udemy’s Chief Customer Experience Officer since April 2025. Neeracha brings to Udemy more than 25 years of experience as a SaaS executive who has built and scaled high-performing customer success and go-to-market teams at high-growth global companies across industries. Before joining Udemy, she served as Chief Customer Officer at Asana from 2023. Before that, Neeracha spent 14 years at Salesforce in leadership roles spanning customer success, renewals, partner strategy, industry solutions, and sales operations. At Salesforce, she was most recently Executive Vice President, Global Customer Success, leading the company’s 4,000-person global Customer Success team, delivering consistently strong bookings growth and the company’s lowest attrition in history. Neeracha began her career at Oracle in finance, product marketing, and support. She holds an M.B.A. from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in International Relations and Economics with honors from Stanford University.
